does it cost anything to register?
Nope! Signing up is 100% free.
can i still join after April 1st?
For sure!
You can jump in anytime during April.
Some people start on Day 1, others join later or even team up with a mate to share the surf hours.
It’s all about getting in the water and making an impact!
getting started
HOW DO I SIGN UP?
Super easy!
Just click “Sign Up”, pop in your details (name, email, phone number), set your fundraising and surf hour goals for the month, and upload a pic.
Once you’re in, your fundraising dashboard is your home base for tracking donations and logging surf sessions.
can i create a surf crew (aka a team)?
Totally! Surfing with mates makes it even more fun. You can create a team when you sign up or later in your dashboard.
how do i invite people to my team?
On mobile: Scroll down to the bottom of the page to find team options.
how do i log my surf sessions?
- Go to your dashboard
- Find “Log Your Surf Sessions” in the top right
- Click “Add An Activity”, enter the number of hours you surfed, and hit “Add”
- Boom! Your surf log updates instantly.
FUNDRAISING
CAN I SET UP A FACEBOOK OR INSTAGRAM FUNDRAISER?
Yep! Facebook Fundraisers are a great way to boost donations. Just follow the links in your dashboard to set one up.
Heads up: Instagram fundraisers aren’t available just yet. Also, Facebook donations can take a little while to show up on your Ripple Effect page.
HOW DO I GET PEOPLE TO DONATE?

HOW DO I SHARE MY FUNDRAISING PAGE?
Easy! Head to your dashboard, where you’ll see your fundraising progress and share buttons. One click and you’re spreading the word via social media, email, or text.
HOW DO I THANK MY DONORS?
Go to your dashboard, find your donation feed, and click the heart icon next to each donation. Write a quick thank you message, and we’ll send it on your behalf!
WHAT DO THE FUNDRAISING BADGES MEAN?
They’re your trophies! 🏆 Badges are automatically awarded as you crush your fundraising and surf goals. Your donors can see them too, proving you’re a fundraising and surfing legend.
I GOT A CASH DONATION - WHAT DO I DO?
No worries! Just reach out to us at info@rewc.com.au, and we’ll help you deposit it, so it appears on your fundraising page.

Ripple Effect is officially registered with the ACNC (Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission) and holds licenses in multiple states.

First off, you’re a legend! 🎉 Why stop now? If you’re keen, increase your goal to keep the impact going! Just log into your dashboard and click “Edit Page” in your profile.

CAN'T LOG IN?
No stress! Just hit “Forgot your password?” on the login page. We’ll send you a reset link (check your spam/junk folder if it doesn’t show up right away).
I LOST MY TAX RECEIPT - CAN I GET ANOTHER ONE?
- If you're a participant: Log in, go to "My Account" → "Your History", and download your receipt.
- If you're a donor: Click "Login" on the homepage, then enter your email under Donor Login to find your receipt.
CAN I CANCEL MY FUNDRAISING PAGE?
Of course! Just email us at info@rewc.com.au, and we’ll take care of it.
