I'm getting involved because...
I'm joining the 'Ripple Effect Wave Challenge' because I know how much being in the ocean, surfing, and being part of a great community can help with feeling good mentally. Surfing has given me a lot of strength and peace and feeling connected to a community, and I want to share that with others.
Right now, mental health and suicide are really important problems that affect so many people. I hope this fundraiser can help spread awareness and show that no one has to go through tough times alone.
